“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

The daily struggles of life, loss, relationships, and health are real. But we are not supposed to face them alone. We may not choose the pain that comes our way, but we can choose how we respond.

Inner peace and strength are gifts from God — gifts that are within our reach. I will partner with you in your journey toward healing, providing the resources and space you need to apply faith and skill in everyday life.

Using evidence-based therapy techniques, and God’s Word as an anchor, we will strengthen your resilience and build new skills and tools that work for you.

Therapeutic Vision

Pain and trauma can leave us feeling weakened, confused, and overwhelmed. Our story is a part of us but we are not stuck in it or defined by it. There is a great peace that comes from reconciling the past and moving forward — identifying our core values and living them out.

I will partner with you to work through the struggles that stand in your way and experience God’s peace in your life.

What to Expect

Therapy is a collaborative and creative process that helps you strengthen your mind, heart, and life. I am honored to be a part of your journey. Using the therapeutic methods and tools that work for you, we will create a safe space where you will learn how to move through fear and achieve your goals.

I provide a free 20-minute phone consultation where we will meet and talk about how I can help you. If we are a good fit and decide to work together, we will explore you as a whole being: considering how your body, mind, emotions, and soul impact your overall well-being.

During our first sessions, I will learn more about who you are — your strengths, interests, challenges, pain, and where you need support and resources. We will decide where you want to begin, and work as partners to bring healing, strength, and love into every part of your life.
